About the internship
This part-time onsite internship places you with Proptip Realtors LLP (Bricktip), a Bangalore real estate company focused on premium homes and modern apartments. What you will do
- Research the market to spot prospective buyers, leads, and sales opportunities.
- Help shape sales pitches and outreach strategies that attract interested clients.
- Reach out to customers through different channels and share property details clearly.
- Support the sales team in arranging site visits, property tours, and client meetings.
- Keep accurate logs of client conversations, follow-ups, and sales-related activities.
- Take part in trainings and workshops to strengthen your selling skills.
- Share ideas that can improve the sales workflow and the overall client experience.

Stipend and payout details
The internship offers a monthly stipend of INR 23,000 to INR 30,000. The pay structure includes a fixed component of ₹18,000 to ₹20,000 per month and an incentive component of ₹5,000 to ₹10,000 per month.
