About the internship

This fundraising internship is designed to give practical exposure to how social initiatives attract support through regular outreach, communication, and organized efforts. The selected intern will help create traction for active campaigns while learning how relationships, consistency, and network building contribute to meaningful results. It is a good fit for someone interested in understanding how causes gain backing and how steady effort can drive measurable impact.

What you will do

• Explain ongoing initiatives in a clear, approachable way.
• Start and maintain conversations that help people understand the purpose behind different campaigns.
• Stay connected with interested supporters and keep them engaged over time.
• Share campaign-related updates and information across channels so the initiatives remain visible.
• Support the organization by contributing to fundraising efforts through consistent outreach.

Eligibility

Applications are open only to candidates who can work from home, are able to begin between 1 Jul 2026 and 5 Aug 2026, can commit to a 1-month duration, and have relevant skills and interest in the role. Women looking to begin or restart their careers are also encouraged to apply.

Stipend and payout

The internship follows a performance-linked stipend model. Compensation is based on 20% of the total funds raised. The listed stipend range is INR 1,500 to INR 15,000 as a lump sum.

About the organization

NayePankh Foundation is a registered NGO in Uttar Pradesh with 80G and 12A recognition. It has been featured in publications such as The Pioneer, Dainik Jagran, and Hindustan.
