About the internship

This remote HR recruiter internship is designed to give practical exposure to core recruitment operations. The role focuses on sourcing candidates, reviewing profiles, coordinating interviews, handling candidate communication, and learning how recruitment support works inside a consultancy environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build familiarity with sourcing candidates through professional networks and job platforms.
• Review resumes, conduct initial telephonic screenings, and help identify suitable profiles.
• Coordinate interview timings between candidates and clients.
• Draft polished emails for candidates, including follow-ups, rejections, and other hiring communication.
• Understand how recruitment consultancies manage client hiring requirements.
• Learn basic recruitment tracking through dashboards, candidate pipelines, and closure monitoring.

Stipend and payout structure

The internship offers a monthly stipend of INR 2,000 to 11,001. The pay structure includes a fixed component of ₹1,000 to ₹1,001 per month and an incentive component of ₹1,000 to ₹10,000 per month.
