About the Internship
This work-from-home HR internship is with a HubSpot consultant who works with startups and growing businesses on CRM implementation, workflow automation, revenue operations, and building scalable sales and marketing systems. The role is designed for someone who wants hands-on experience in talent sourcing, candidate engagement, and recruitment coordination.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Search for strong candidates using job boards, social platforms, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
- Reach out to prospects through calls and follow-ups to build interest and check early suitability.
- Conduct phone or video screening rounds to assess communication ability, background, and role fit.
- Keep candidate records and tracking sheets updated accurately and on time.
- Arrange interviews between shortlisted applicants and the hiring team.
- Stay in touch with candidates throughout the hiring stages to help move the process to closure.
- Write persuasive outreach messages and job pitches that attract quality talent.
- Work with the team to understand hiring needs and share suitable profiles within timelines.

Terms & Conditions
The internship is available for a duration of 3 months and starts immediately for selected candidates. The role is remote and based in India. There are 2 openings. Applications close on 2 August 2026 at 11:59 PM.

Additional Information
Stipend offered for this internship is INR 15,000 per month.
