About the internship

This internship is for a proactive, organized, and detail-focused Operations Intern based in Bangalore. The role suits someone who enjoys solving problems, working with people, handling data, and keeping processes running smoothly.

You will support the student journey end to end, respond to student concerns, manage escalations, and help maintain accurate operational records. The position involves working with multiple internal teams to ensure students and other stakeholders have a smooth experience.

What you will do

• Oversee the student journey from onboarding through to program completion.
• Serve as the initial contact point for student questions and support needs.
• Manage escalations and ensure they are resolved professionally and within a reasonable time.
• Work with internal teams to close operational issues quickly.
• Update student records, databases, and operational trackers regularly.
• Track student engagement and help maintain a positive experience throughout the program.
• Review operational data and prepare reports whenever needed.
• Keep documentation accurate and ensure process records are maintained properly.
• Support improvements to workflows and help identify process gaps.
• Assist with everyday operations and administrative work.

Who can apply

This opportunity is open only to candidates who can commit to a full-time, in-office internship, can begin between 20 June 2026 and 25 July 2026, are available for a 6-month duration, and have relevant skills and interest in the role.

Additional details
