Role Overview
This internship is for an operations-oriented team lead who will coordinate maritime assignments end to end, work with internal and external stakeholders, and help ensure smooth execution across service delivery, reporting, and follow-through.
Key Responsibilities
The selected intern will support the operations function by planning and executing maritime service assignments, including audits, inspections, VDR-related work, supercargo support, and training coordination. The role also involves assigning the right consultants, keeping communication clear between clients, agents, and consultants, and handling the documentation and travel-related process needed for each assignment.
In addition, the intern will monitor live projects, follow up on updates, solve operational bottlenecks, check reports for quality, and make sure assignments are closed on time. The position also includes supporting invoicing, reimbursements, and approvals, maintaining accurate records and operational data, contributing to SOP compliance and process improvements, and assisting with business development, client engagement, marketing, lead generation, and sales support.

Applicants must be available for a full-time, in-office internship lasting 6 months and able to begin between 13 June 2026 and 18 July 2026.
