Accounting Manager

Role overview

DaleelStore is looking for an accomplished Accounting Manager to strengthen its expanding finance function. This position calls for someone who can take charge of day-to-day accounting activities, ensure reliable reporting, and support broader financial decision-making.

Key responsibilities

• Direct and supervise the full range of accounting operations along with all financial reporting work.
• Handle the monthly and annual closing cycles from start to finish.
• Make sure the business stays aligned with accounting standards, tax rules, and company policies.
• Track budgets, cash flow, and overall financial results.
• Work with external auditors and contribute to long-term financial planning.
• Coach, guide, and grow the accounting team.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant accounting background, with experience in a leadership capacity.
• Solid understanding of financial statements, budgeting, and compliance expectations.
• Strong analytical ability, excellent organization, and proven leadership capability.

This is a full-time, onsite role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
