What you will do
- Create, test, and fine-tune prompts for enterprise LLM applications used across different business functions.
- Build structured prompting methods such as system prompts, few-shot examples, chain-of-thought processes, and retrieval-augmented generation approaches.
- Run prompt experiments and assessments to strengthen accuracy, consistency, reliability, and overall user experience.
- Work with product, engineering, compliance, and business teams to turn operational needs into effective AI workflows.
- Spot and reduce risks including hallucinations, prompt injection issues, and inconsistent outputs.
- Keep prompt repositories, supporting documentation, version tracking, and benchmark records aligned with AI governance expectations.
- Help advance responsible AI practices by incorporating safety, fairness, transparency, and compliance into prompt design.
- Serve as a go-to specialist for prompt engineering, generative AI, and current best practices in the field.
What we are looking for
- Prior professional experience with large language models and prompt engineering.
- Excellent writing ability with a high level of precision and attention to detail.
- Practical exposure to AI platforms such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or comparable tools.
- Understanding of prompt evaluation techniques, testing methods, and AI quality assurance processes.
- Familiarity with RAG, vector databases, agent-based AI frameworks, or evaluation tools like LangSmith, DeepEval, or RAGAS.
- Comfort working with both technical teams and non-technical business stakeholders.
- Strong analytical thinking, troubleshooting ability, and an experimental mindset.
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, Cognitive Science, Technical Writing, AI, or a closely related discipline is preferred.
