Role overview

Al Ghurair is looking for an Analyst - Contract to help strengthen contract lifecycle operations and support smoother, more compliant, and more efficient execution across the business. This position calls for a strong leader who can organize workflows, guide junior colleagues, and keep the team aligned with the organization’s broader goals.

What you will do

• Contribute to improving and simplifying the end-to-end contract management process to raise efficiency, compliance, and overall effectiveness.
• Collaborate with teams across functions to review existing workflows, spot delays or problem areas, and recommend practical improvements.
• Support the rollout of process enhancements that accelerate contract turnaround time while improving execution quality.
• Apply analytical judgment and process improvement know-how to drive ongoing contract management improvements throughout the organization.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business is required.
• Applicants should have 2 to 5 years of experience in financial analysis or contract analysis within FM.
