Role Summary

This position supports the resort's Food & Beverage function with a focus on improving guest satisfaction, strengthening team performance, and contributing to business outcomes. The role calls for consistent service quality, a safe and hygienic working environment, and strict adherence to brand and F&B standards.

Key Responsibilities

You will help oversee outlet operations, guide the team in delivering prompt and courteous service, and ensure that the highest quality products reach guests. The role also involves building a positive team culture, supporting daily staff relations, and encouraging team members to solve problems through training and empowerment.

Qualifications

A college diploma in Hotel Management or a related discipline is required. Prior experience working in Food & Beverage or restaurant operations is expected. The ideal candidate should bring a strong interest in leadership and teamwork, strong attention to detail, and excellent guest service capabilities.
