The team is still shaping best practices, designing new outreach approaches, and building repeatable methods for bringing AI into enterprise operations. You will work with experienced GTM leaders, Account Executives, and Solutions Engineers in a setting that values collaboration, experimentation, and execution.

About the Role

Beam AI is expanding its outbound engine as demand for AI agents continues to rise. As an SDR, you will help grow the top of the pipeline by researching priority accounts, reaching out to senior stakeholders with well-thought-out messages, handling inbound interest, and working closely with Account Executives and GTM Leads to create and advance strategic opportunities.

This position has a strong impact on the GTM team. You will manage outbound messaging, discovery, and qualification for Beam’s most important accounts while operating inside live enterprise sales cycles alongside AEs and GTM leadership. The role offers direct exposure to how complex AI deals are developed and closed.

You will partner with AEs, Vertical Leads, Marketing, and Solutions Engineering to choose the right accounts, craft effective outreach, and turn curiosity into qualified meetings. You will also receive coaching from experienced GTM leaders, gain practical exposure to enterprise sales processes, and build capabilities that can grow into broader GTM, Account Executive, or commercial leadership paths over time.

Responsibilities

  • Investigate target accounts, find the right decision-makers, and tailor outreach using context that shows an understanding of each prospect’s business.
  • Assess inbound leads against ICP standards and pass them quickly to the appropriate AE.
  • Book qualified meetings for Account Executives using a multi-channel outbound approach across email, phone, LinkedIn, and video.
  • Work with AEs and GTM Leads on account planning, territory strategy, and outbound sequencing.
  • Keep CRM records accurate, maintain clean pipeline data, and leave clear handoff notes.
  • Collaborate actively with marketing on experiments involving messaging, sequences, and channels, then share the insights back with the GTM team.
  • Consistently hit or surpass monthly goals for meetings booked, accepted opportunities, pipeline generated or influenced, CRM quality, and outbound performance.
  • Stay informed about the AI agent market, Beam’s product, and the industries the company serves so you can speak confidently with senior buyers.

Requirements

  • Evidence of strong performance in SDR/BDR roles, internships, entrepreneurial work, competitive settings, student sales organisations, or other target-driven experiences.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills, plus a solid understanding of the AI agent space so you can hold credible conversations with enterprise stakeholders from the start.
  • Practical experience using a CRM such as Salesforce or HubSpot, along with outbound platforms like Outreach, SalesLoft, Apollo, or similar tools.
  • Genuine interest in AI, automation, or enterprise software.
  • A history of meeting or exceeding pipeline or meeting targets.
