Role overview

This is a full-time barber position within a respected barbershop group in Denmark. You will provide professional haircuts in a relaxed yet high-standard salon environment, using both scissors and clippers. Compensation

Pay is performance-linked and depends on experience, base salary, and the products you sell. Higher contribution can lead to higher take-home earnings. Salary is reviewed every six months.

Career growth and training

The employer offers a clear development path, with possible progression from barber to store manager and, in some cases, part-owner of a store. Training and internal education begin from the first day.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of professional barbering experience.
• Strong ability with both scissor cutting and machine work.
