Role Overview
We are hiring a Barista for the Starbucks outlet at Bath Station. This role sits within SSP UK & Ireland’s wider hospitality network, serving customers at travel locations across the UK and Ireland.
The position is part-time, with 8 hours available. The site operates from 5:00am to 9:00pm, and the rota requires flexibility across weekdays, weekends, bank holidays, and public holidays.
The hourly pay rate is £12.71. For hours worked between midnight and 6:00am, an additional £1.20 per hour is paid, taking the rate to £13.91 per hour during that period.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be part of a lively, customer-facing team serving drinks and supporting a fast-moving coffee environment. The role involves learning about products and beverages, responding to customer requests, and helping keep the unit running smoothly.

Barista Responsibilities
