Business Development Manager

Role Overview

MHZ Services is hiring a Business Development Manager to help launch and grow its logistics division in Jubail, Eastern, Saudi Arabia. This is a startup-style opportunity for someone who is ready to take ownership, build the business foundation, and drive growth from the beginning.

What You Will Do

• Create and implement business development plans to bring in new customers.
• Spot fresh market opportunities and develop durable client relationships.
• Set up commercial approaches, internal workflows, and operating processes from the ground up.
• Partner closely with operations teams to design logistics solutions that meet client requirements.
• Work toward sales goals and support the overall expansion of the logistics division.

Candidate Profile

• Background in business development within logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain services.
• Strong professional network with the ability to bring in new business.
• Entrepreneurial attitude and comfort working independently in a startup environment.
• Capable of building customer accounts, systems, and processes from scratch.
• Highly self-motivated, flexible, and focused on results.

Additional Information

This role is for a new logistics division with no pre-existing customers, workflows, or systems. The selected candidate will need to establish the business from the ground up, accept full ownership of the function, and perform well in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial setting.
