Role Overview

The Business Development Representative position sits at the meeting point of marketing and sales within a regional pod that shares targets and owns pipeline outcomes. What You Will Do

  • Take ownership of pipeline generation within a regional pod, working high-intent leads quickly, coordinating account coverage, and avoiding gaps that slow progress.
  • Develop a structured outbound approach by researching accounts, finding the right decision-makers and influencers, and sending personalized outreach that feels relevant and thoughtful.
  • Qualify opportunities carefully by confirming pain points, need, timing, and decision authority before setting up a meeting, ensuring each sales conversation is worthwhile.
  • Act as the link between marketing and sales by maintaining consistent follow-up, meeting coordination, and account coverage across inbound, outbound, and event-driven activity.

What We’re Looking For
