Role overview

This full-time onsite opportunity in Singapore is with Manpower Singapore. The role focuses on risk-related case handling, operational support, and cross-functional coordination to strengthen security protection and improve risk processes.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of risk-related investigations, including cases that require coordination with other teams, while ensuring urgent issues are resolved within strict SLA timelines.
• Use data, tools, dashboards, and case trends to uncover ways to improve processes and strengthen risk performance indicators.
• Develop and update operational manuals, investigation playbooks, alarm references, and dashboard guidance so that case handling remains consistent and compliant.
• Keep guidance current by refining procedures for new patterns, edge cases, and evolving risk scenarios.
• Work with internal stakeholders and cross-functional groups on awareness initiatives, training, and rollout of new risk management practices.
• Spot weaknesses in existing risk controls and contribute to the design and enhancement of projects or product features that address those gaps.

Minimum qualifications

• A bachelor's degree or higher is required.
• The candidate should be eager to learn and adapt quickly.
• Must be capable of managing operational work independently and acting as the initial point of response for risk issues in the assigned area.
• Should be comfortable working under pressure, handling multiple priorities, and meeting tight deadlines while coordinating with engineers, project managers, QA teams, and other stakeholders.
• Strong data-handling ability is important, including working with large datasets and performing fast analysis to support decisions.
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills are needed for cross-functional work.
• High attention to detail is essential for maintaining accurate documentation, updated procedures, and complete case records for compliance.
