Role overview
Emirates is looking for cabin crew members who can bring warmth, confidence, and adaptability to every flight. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for passengers, guiding them through their journey and ensuring they feel supported and comfortable.
This position is far more than a hospitality role. Safety is the top priority, and you will be expected to take charge of onboard service, security, and safety procedures with confidence. Training is delivered in Dubai at a modern, world-class facility.

- Maintaining a calm, professional presence while handling aircraft service responsibilities.
- Following and enforcing security and safety procedures onboard.
- Delivering an authentic, high-standard customer experience to travelers from many cultures.
- Managing a busy and demanding work schedule while staying solution-focused.
Qualifications and experience
Applicants should have more than 1 year of experience in hospitality or customer service and be comfortable working in a team-oriented, multicultural environment. A positive attitude and strong service mindset are essential.
The minimum educational requirement is completion of high school up to Grade 12. You must be fluent in both written and spoken English.
As part of the role requirements, candidates must be at least 160 cm tall and able to reach 212 cm while standing on tiptoes, so that emergency equipment can be accessed on all aircraft types.
No visible tattoos are permitted while wearing the Emirates cabin crew uniform unless they are fully covered with bandages or cosmetics.
Cabin crew will be based in Dubai and must meet UAE employment visa requirements.

Salary and benefits
Pay consists of three parts: a fixed monthly base salary, hourly flying pay for operated flights, and an overseas meal allowance.
The basic salary is AED 4,980 per month. Flying pay is AED 69.60 per hour based on an average of 80 to 100 flight hours per month. The average total monthly pay is AED 11,244, which is approximately USD 3,100, EUR 2,600, or GBP 2,280 for Grade II (Economy Class).
Meal allowances for overnight stops are added to salary arrears in the following month.
The company provides hotel accommodation and airport transportation.
