Key Duties

• Create and refine design sketches for technical and production use.
• Prepare written technical reports.
• Support onboarding and day-to-day training for team members.
• Deliver training to staff as needed.
• Organize, update, and oversee digital databases.
• Help develop policies and procedures needed to roll out programs.
