Role overview

Abacare Limited is recruiting Care Assistants to join its Neath team. The role is based in Neath, Wales, United Kingdom and offers a pay rate of £13.45, plus mileage reimbursement at 45p per mile for eligible travel.

The working pattern is flexible and may include full-time, part-time, evening, and weekend shifts. A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are required, as this is a driver-only role. Please note that sponsorship is not currently available for applicants.

What you will do

Each day in this role brings different needs, but the purpose remains the same: helping people live well and maintain independence at home.

• Support individuals to remain independent in their own homes
• Deliver personal care in a respectful and dignified manner
• Provide friendship, reassurance, and emotional support
• Help with medication, movement, and mealtimes
• Work as a dependable member of a close local care team
