Role overview

Kiteworks is growing its footprint in the Middle East and is seeking a channel leader to establish the region’s partner engine from the ground up. This is a build-and-scale opportunity for someone who thrives in new territory development, enjoys creating momentum where little exists, and can shape a partner ecosystem across priority markets.

Key responsibilities

  • Take ownership of the Middle East channel by identifying, approaching, recruiting, and contracting new reseller and distribution partners in markets such as the UAE, KSA, Qatar, Egypt, and other relevant countries.
  • Develop and oversee a partner-driven sales pipeline that produces reliable enterprise opportunities.
  • Collaborate with partner sales teams to co-sell and win high-value enterprise accounts.
  • Maintain and expand relationships with any current Kiteworks partners operating in the region.
  • Plan and deliver partner enablement, training sessions, and quarterly business reviews.
  • Share regional market insights with the wider business, including pricing trends, competitor activity, and local compliance considerations such as NCA and PDPL.
  • Represent Kiteworks at industry gatherings, regional events, and partner community forums.
  • Own the regional revenue outcome, monitor performance against KPIs, and drive accountability for results.
  • Manage customer and prospect information in accordance with Kiteworks’ data protection standards.
  • Apply secure handling practices throughout all sales activities to safeguard customer and prospect data and remain compliant with data protection policies.

Candidate profile

  • You bring at least 5 years of experience in channel sales, preferably with a reseller, distributor, or vendor environment focused on the Middle East.
  • You have an established network in the region, including relationships across VARs, MSSPs, or SIs that can be activated quickly.
  • You have sold enterprise security, compliance, or data protection solutions; experience with secure file sharing or content governance is an added advantage.
  • You are comfortable working independently across multiple time zones and cultures.
  • You communicate confidently in both Arabic and English.
  • You are commercially assertive, with the ability to guide consultative conversations and ask for commitment.
  • You are prepared to travel regularly across the region, approximately 40% of the time.
