Role overview
Meta is looking for a Client Partner to help accelerate adoption of its performance and brand-building solutions among major eCommerce and retail advertisers. In this role, you will work closely with a Client Solutions Manager and other cross-functional partners to advance Meta’s newest offerings and drive business growth across strategic accounts.
The position calls for strong experience working with retail and eCommerce advertisers, along with solid industry knowledge, sharp analytical ability, effective prioritization, and excellent stakeholder management. Success in this role also depends on being able to collaborate across teams and influence senior decision-makers.
Key responsibilities
- Own and grow long-term relationships with senior stakeholders at large eCommerce and retail advertisers, and lead Meta’s engagement across these accounts.
- Study market and industry factors, then explain how Meta can support the client’s marketing and broader business goals.
- Build and implement a vertical strategy that drives growth and revenue across priority products in the account portfolio.
- Develop persuasive Meta value stories using industry expertise, market trends, and relevant case studies to inspire client action.
- Deliver strong sales support and operational service, while representing the needs of the vertical within the company.
- Deliver against targets for sales, new customer acquisition, customer satisfaction, pricing, and yield.
- Partner with internal, regional, and cross-market teams to improve products, share knowledge, and strengthen processes and client relationships.
Minimum qualifications
- At least 7 years of experience in marketing, brand, product management, or sales.
- Entrepreneurial thinking with hands-on experience launching projects or businesses.
- Ability to stay resilient and drive priorities in fast-moving, unpredictable, high-growth environments.
- Strong analytical ability to break down marketing problems, measure impact, manage time well, and identify opportunities quickly.
- Working knowledge of media, online advertising, and advertising agencies.
- Experience creating strategic recommendations and influencing stakeholders at CXO level.
Preferred qualifications
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively and influence both internal teams and clients to achieve results.
- Background in marketing, digital marketing, or sales.
- Ongoing learning in AI-related skills such as prompt and context engineering or agent orchestration, with awareness of emerging AI tools and practices.
- MBA or another advanced degree.
- Prior experience in senior client-facing roles.
- Ability to use AI tools to redesign workflows and deliver measurable improvements in speed or quality.
- Experience applying responsible and ethical AI practices, including risk assessment, bias reduction, and quality or accuracy checks.
