About the Team
Apple’s advertising organization is built around a simple principle: ads should create value for people, not take value away. The Ad Platforms team works to make advertising useful, privacy-conscious, and relevant by helping users find content, supporting creators and publishers, and protecting user privacy at every stage. Their ad technologies power placements across the App Store, Apple News, Stocks, and Apple TV, helping developers and marketers reach audiences in ways that are both effective and brand-safe.
The team also supports app discovery, brand advertising in trusted news and finance environments, and sponsorship experiences around live sports on Apple TV. Across all of these channels, the focus remains on delivering results while staying aligned with Apple’s privacy-first approach.
Role Overview
This position offers the chance to help shape Apple’s Growth Accounts Ads team and contribute to a high-performing, energetic sales group. The role is centered on building strong partnerships with clients, especially small and medium businesses, and helping them achieve measurable growth through Apple Ads.
The ideal candidate is highly motivated, commercially minded, and able to work independently while also collaborating effectively with others. Success in this role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a history of exceeding targets in performance-based advertising environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and grow a solid portfolio of advertiser and app developer relationships built on trust and long-term partnership.
- Keep the sales pipeline active by using email, phone, and in-person outreach to move opportunities from early planning to pitch, agreement, and implementation.
- Design performance marketing approaches using research, data insights, and each client’s business goals.
- Spot new business opportunities that can help clients expand through Apple Ads.
- Use deep knowledge of the product and the advertising industry to guide clients and explain the benefits of Apple Ads strategies.
Minimum Qualifications
- Hands-on experience in performance media sales, including direct work with a self-serve advertising platform.
- History of consistently surpassing sales goals in digital advertising.
- Strong understanding of how performance advertisers plan their market approach and measure success.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate clearly in person and by phone.
- Self-driven mindset with a strong desire to contribute and perform at a high level.
- Ability to build early campaign wins across a client portfolio and turn those results into lasting credibility and growth.
- Strong analytical ability and comfort using both internal and external data to support client growth.
- Fluency in Russian, Arabic, and/or another EU language is considered an advantage.
