Role Overview

This position is focused on producing polished photo and video assets that strengthen the company’s marketing efforts, social media output, property promotion activities, and overall brand presentation.

Core Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, capture, and deliver compelling photo and video material for property showcases, corporate branding, social media initiatives, and promotional/commercial use.
• Create both short and longer-form video assets for platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube when needed.
• Carry out on-location shoots for properties, lifestyle themes, staff features, and events.
• Edit videos to a professional standard for use in marketing and social channels.
• Develop reels, property walkthroughs, promotional snippets, and branded visual content.
• Keep all content consistent with the company’s visual style and quality expectations.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to execute campaign plans and content schedules.
• Contribute fresh creative ideas, visual directions, and storytelling concepts.
• Organize and maintain media files and content libraries in a structured way.
• Respond to urgent content requests and deliver under tight timelines when required.

Experience and Technical Requirements

• Bring at least 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in content creation, videography, and video editing.
• Have practical expertise in shooting video, taking photographs, editing media, and producing social content.
• Be comfortable working with tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, and Photoshop/Lightroom or similar software.
• Understand current social media content styles, formats, and trends.
• Be able to create material that works for both brand-building and performance-driven campaigns.
• Experience in real estate, hospitality, or lifestyle content is a strong advantage.
• Demonstrate strong visual judgment, storytelling skills, and close attention to detail.
• Communicate effectively in both Arabic and English.
