CRM Specialist

Role overview

This opportunity is for a France-based B2B client, with the work arrangement being fully remote. The role is intended for candidates who are based in Kolkata only, and the stated compensation is 250 Euros.

What you will do

• Set up and manage CRM workflows, automation logic, custom fields, reports, and dashboards using HubSpot and connected tools.
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to understand business needs and convert them into effective CRM solutions.
• Maintain high data quality by keeping records accurate, consistent, and easy to use.
• Track system health, identify and resolve issues, document procedures, and guide teammates on CRM usage and best practices.

Experience and qualifications

• At least 1 year of hands-on experience with HubSpot and another CRM platform.
• At least 1 year of experience using Zapier or Make.
• At least 1 year of experience in marketing automation.
• Comfort working independently in a remote setup and managing several priorities at once.
• Ability to adjust quickly to changing tools, workflows, and processes.
