Customer Assistant - Online

Role overview

We are hiring approachable, customer-oriented people to join the Online team. In this role, you will pick and pack customer orders for either home delivery or collection.

The work takes place in a busy, well-organised setting with set routines and timed tasks that keep operations on track. The aim is to ensure customers receive the products they need at the right time.

You will use in-store technology to receive orders, locate the correct items, and get them ready accurately and efficiently. This is a practical, fast-moving job that directly supports the customer experience.

There may also be opportunities to help in other areas of the store, such as Replenishment and Customer Service, depending on daily needs.

What we are looking for

We want people who care about customers just as much as we do. The right person will be friendly, practical, and comfortable working in a structured, active environment.

You should be able to use equipment safely, follow clear procedures, and enjoy helping customers with questions or issues.

Additional information

Applicants must be above the school-leaver age. In some roles, a minimum age of 18 applies because of health and safety requirements.
