What you will do

• Gather data from internal and external sources, check it for quality issues, and clean it so the results remain accurate and reliable.
• Use statistical methods to spot trends, relationships, and meaningful patterns in complex datasets.
• Create reports, charts, and interactive dashboards to communicate findings to stakeholders in a simple and practical way.
• Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to understand business needs and define the right information to deliver.
• Support database upkeep and improve data collection processes to keep systems efficient and well organized.

Required background and skills

• Hands-on experience working with data analysis workflows and business reporting.
• Strong command of SQL for database querying and data handling.
• Advanced spreadsheet ability, including Excel functions such as VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
• Experience with visualization platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Working knowledge of Python or R is strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to draw practical conclusions from data.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, especially when explaining technical findings to non-technical audiences.
• Familiarity with Agile ways of working and data analytics/insights tools such as ignio AIOps.
