Data Analyst – Retail & E-Commerce

Work Authorization

Key Responsibilities

• Review and interpret data related to sales, customers, and products.
• Monitor performance measures such as revenue and conversion rate trends.
• Create dashboards and reporting tools that help stakeholders understand business performance.
• Work closely with marketing and product teams to support decision-making.
• Help improve overall performance through data-driven recommendations.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in Business, Data, or a closely related discipline is required.
• At least 2 years of experience in a Data Analyst role is needed.
• Previous work in retail or e-commerce is preferred.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability are important.

Preferred Tools and Experience

• Hands-on experience with Google Analytics or a comparable analytics platform.
• Familiarity with data from Shopify, Magento, or similar e-commerce systems.
• Experience using Power BI or Tableau for reporting and visualization.
