What you will do

In this position, you will work with data from multiple business areas, identify meaningful patterns, and translate findings into recommendations that improve operations and strategy. You will partner with different teams to clarify information needs and support better business choices.

• Gather and review information from sources such as production records, supply chain logs, and market activity.
• Use statistical methods to analyse data and prepare clear reports and dashboards.
• Build and improve databases, data collection processes, and analytics methods to raise efficiency and data quality.
• Spot trends and patterns in complex datasets and turn them into actionable business insight.
• Design data visualisations and presentations that communicate results to stakeholders across the organisation.
• Work alongside management and department leaders to understand priorities and information requirements.
• Support better logistics, marketing, and distribution decisions with data-based recommendations.

What we are looking for

The ideal candidate should bring strong analytical ability, close attention to detail, and confidence working with structured and unstructured information. Experience in agriculture, food production, or supply chain environments will be an advantage.

• Previous experience as a Data Analyst or in a comparable analytical position.
• Strong ability to collect, organise, analyse, and present large volumes of information accurately.
• Working knowledge of SQL and data visualisation platforms such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Good understanding of statistical tools such as Excel and/or programming languages such as Python or R.
• Degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics, or a closely related discipline.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for explaining complex findings clearly and concisely.
• Prior exposure to agriculture, food production, or supply chain work is preferred.
