Job Summary

This role is for a careful and dependable Data Entry Clerk who will assist business development and operations teams by entering, checking, and maintaining information in internal systems with a high level of accuracy. The position is fully remote and open to candidates located in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Input and refresh business and client information accurately in company systems.
• Check records for correctness, completeness, and consistency.
• Compare source documents and fix any mismatches or errors.
• Keep digital files and records neatly organized and easy to access.
• Draft simple reports for internal team use.
• Work according to data quality, privacy, and confidentiality guidelines.
• Achieve the required productivity and accuracy targets.

Requirements

• High school diploma or an equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience in data entry or administrative support is preferred.
• Fast and accurate typing ability.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and common office applications.
• Strong attention to detail and solid time-management skills.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setup.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms or database tools.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace.
• Exposure to data used in business development, sales, or operations.

Work Schedule

This is a fully remote role aligned with standard US business hours.

Compensation

The offered annual pay range is USD 38,000 to USD 42,000, depending on experience and performance.
