As a Manager, you will guide, coach, and support a store team so they can deliver outstanding customer interactions. You will spend time on the floor with employees and customers, helping ensure that service standards are met and that key business priorities stay on track.

You will also be accountable for results in assigned areas of the store, working closely with other leaders and business partners to carry out strategy and contribute to Apple’s overall goals.

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and empower team members so they can meet both performance and growth objectives.
• Support hiring, onboarding, training, development, and retention efforts for a diverse, high-performing team.
• Take an active leadership role on the sales floor by working with staff and customers, setting the standard for strong execution and service.
• Handle customer and employee concerns or escalations, and involve the appropriate leaders or partners when needed.
• Plan and carry out operational actions that support store priorities and help achieve performance targets.
• Follow company policies and procedures while safeguarding company property and confidential information related to the business, customers, employees, and finances.
• Carry out additional duties as required.

Minimum qualifications

• Ability to work a schedule based on business needs, including nights and weekends, with reliable attendance in accordance with local laws and any approved accommodations.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills in English and the local language; sign language support is available.
• Prior experience leading people in retail, sales, or a closely related environment.
