Digital Designer

About the Role

SearchKings is looking for a Creative Digital Designer to join its Web & Creative Services team. In this newly created position, you will shape the visual direction that supports conversion goals. You’ll use a modern, technology-driven process to produce polished designs for internal projects and client marketing campaigns. Working closely with developers, project managers, and other stakeholders, you’ll help connect strong visual design with measurable performance.

The ideal candidate brings together classic design fundamentals, advanced Figma capability, and the speed and flexibility of AI-assisted workflows.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Build, refine, and maintain brand guideline systems for SearchKings and major clients, keeping all web, video, and print assets visually consistent.
• Create compelling campaign creative, including static and motion assets, designed to stand out in fast-moving digital channels.
• Use Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud tools, and AI-enabled processes to support efficient design production. This includes aligning design tokens with development so creative concepts move into code with minimal friction.
• Serve as a communication link between stakeholders and production teams, turning complex ideas into refined, high-performing design outputs.

Key Qualifications

Brand and Creative Expertise

• Demonstrated experience building and maintaining structured brand systems, with a portfolio that shows work across digital, print, events, and merchandise.
• Strong visual storytelling abilities, backed by skill in art direction, typography, and color use.
• Good awareness of current design trends and the ability to distinguish contemporary aesthetics from outdated ones.

Technical Innovation

• Comfort working in an AI-supported design workflow and using Figma alongside AI tools to bridge creative ideas and frontend execution, including design token management, feasibility checks, and prototyping. Tools such as Cursor and Microsoft Clarity should inform design decisions.
• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Illustrator for branding and vector work, Photoshop for high-end compositing, and After Effects for motion graphics.

• Ability to manage multiple creative tracks at once and move between branding and web-focused work smoothly.
