Position overview

This is a full-time dispatcher position based in Kleinostheim, Bavaria, Germany.

Responsibilities

• Act as the link between the internal team and field staff, and plan the deployment of 25 coach vehicles and 30 drivers while complying with all legal requirements.
• Step in for the head of department when needed.
• Remain reachable by phone day and night.
• Work closely with product management to maximize fleet utilization, arrange additional vehicles during peak periods, and handle all related auxiliary tasks.

Requirements

• Several years of dispatching experience, ideally gained in a coach or bus operation.
• Confident use of MS Office, especially Excel, along with strong IT affinity.
• Knowledge of traffic geography in international travel operations.
• Very high reliability, commitment, and initiative.
• Strong assertiveness and communication skills, plus resilience under pressure.
• Excellent teamwork abilities.
• A category D/DE driving licence is an advantage.
