Role overview

The organization is seeking a Dynamics 365 CRM professional to build, configure, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions. The position is full-time and based onsite in Saudi Arabia.

Key responsibilities

• Build and tailor Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM applications to business needs.
• Develop plugins, custom workflow activities, custom actions, and JavaScript-based enhancements.
• Set up and manage entities, forms, views, dashboards, business rules, and security roles.
• Work on integrations with Web API, REST, WCF, Azure services, and third-party systems.
• Handle deployment and migration of solutions between environments.
• Investigate, diagnose, and fix CRM issues.
• Take part in code reviews and apply sound development practices.
• Draft technical documentation and deployment-related guides.
• Maintain production support and carry out root-cause analysis when incidents occur.

Skills and tools

The role calls for hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / Customer Engagement, C#, .NET, JavaScript, plugins, custom workflow activities, Web API/OData, solution management, security models, and Power Automate.

Preferred experience

Exposure to Azure Functions, Azure Service Bus, SSIS, SQL Server, SSRS, Power Apps, and Dataverse will be an added advantage.
