Role overview

Educational Centre Albania is seeking a Cambridge Exam Centre Coordinator to support the smooth running of Cambridge English Qualifications and help ensure a high-quality experience for candidates and partner schools.

What you will do

• Plan and oversee the administration of Cambridge examinations.
• Make sure all activities follow Cambridge guidelines, standards, and procedures.
• Work closely with schools, candidates, and examination staff.
• Handle candidate registrations, exam-day logistics, and follow-up tasks after the exams.
• Help deliver a professional and positive experience for candidates and partners.

What we are looking for

• Strong organisational and communication abilities.
• Careful attention to detail and the capacity to balance several priorities at once.
• Initiative, with a practical and solution-focused approach.
• Previous exposure to education, examinations, or administration is beneficial.
• Good command of English and confident digital literacy.
