About the Role

Parsons is hiring an experienced Executive in Commercial Operations for its Doha, Qatar team. This position is focused on improving the end-to-end leasing and sales workflow, including lease and sales administration, and the collection of revenue across the property portfolio. The role requires a strong focus on accurate data handling, prompt payment collection, regulatory adherence, and smooth management of tenant transactions to help safeguard and grow asset income.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, finalize, and monitor lease and sales agreements, renewals, and closures in line with applicable local rules and internal policies.
  • Follow up on receivables, track rent payments, handle bounced cheques, and work with the Finance team to reduce overdue balances.
  • Keep occupancy information, unit availability, and tenant financial records current and accurate in property management systems.
  • Make sure all lease and sales documentation is complete and compliant, including commercial registrations, trade licenses, QIDs, and municipality-related documents.
  • Serve as the main operational point of contact for handovers, move-in and move-out approvals, fit-out requests, and contract-related questions.
  • Assist with reports, summaries, and presentations on leasing activity, occupancy, and collection performance.
  • Take ownership of additional tasks as required and manage priorities with limited supervision.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a closely related discipline.
  • At least 4 years of relevant experience in real estate operations, leasing administration, or property management.
  • Practical experience using property or enterprise platforms such as Yardi, Oracle, or similar systems.
  • Advanced Excel capability and solid proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
