Role overview

This position is for a Founders Associate who will work closely with the founders and contribute across the business without a fixed scope. The job is centered on making progress happen wherever it is needed most, whether that means supporting sales activity and pipeline work, preparing financial models and investor materials, or helping to complete a hiring process.

The role is highly hands-on and fast-paced, and it is not a standard 9-to-5 position. It requires a strong work ethic and a readiness to operate in a high-growth environment.

What the team is looking for

The ideal candidate is early in their career and has developed strong expertise in AI, particularly with agents and Claude Code rather than superficial chatbot use. They should be able to communicate clearly in writing, handle numbers comfortably, and move independently with minimal guidance. Experience in management consulting and time spent in a startup environment would be helpful, though neither is mandatory. The focus is on how the person thinks and what they have built or delivered.

What you'll work on

The scope will change week to week and may include sales calls, pipeline management, financial analysis, investor decks, and support with hiring decisions or execution.
