Role Overview

This role is centered on maintaining high standards of cleanliness, order, and presentation across guest rooms and shared areas. The position plays an important part in shaping a smooth guest journey by supporting service quality, responding promptly to requests, and helping create a welcoming environment throughout the property.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out housekeeping duties in line with established service procedures and standards.
Keep guest rooms, floors, lift landings, corridors, and pantries neat, orderly, and visually appealing.
Respond to guest requests in a timely manner and ensure prompt delivery of required items or services.
Work proactively to avoid guest complaints and support service recovery when issues arise.
Coordinate smoothly with colleagues while keeping the guest’s needs at the center of every action.
Go beyond basic expectations wherever possible to enhance the guest experience.

Requirements

Prior experience in housekeeping or a related role within a 5-star hotel environment.
Minimum 1 year of experience at the same level.
Strong command of the English language.
High school diploma or higher secondary education is required.

Additional Expectations

Demonstrated ability to complete operational housekeeping tasks consistently and professionally.
Willingness to act quickly, stay service-oriented, and maintain guest satisfaction under pressure.
