About the NATS Program

The National Apprenticeship Training Scheme is one of the Government of India’s key skill-development initiatives for young people in trade disciplines. Under the Apprentices Act, 1961, as amended in 1973, the company offers a graduate apprenticeship with practical on-the-job training for a period of one year.

Purpose of the Role

The position supports digital transformation efforts, especially the automation of manual processes using data from multiple applications. The organization is seeking someone who can help make business processes more efficient and effective through analytics and structured problem-solving.

What You Will Do

• Work closely with the Hoskote operations team and solution specialists across the organization.
• Gather, organize, analyze, and present data to identify business opportunities and solve problems.
• Use analytics tools to extract and structure data for reporting and decision-making.
• Create data models, standard reports, and tools that can be used by a broader group of users.
• Apply statistical analysis to large datasets to spot patterns, trends, and insights that support people-related decisions.

Education Required

The preferred qualification is a B.E./B.Tech degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning, or Information Technology.

Technical Skills and Profile

• Strong analytical thinking and the ability to solve problems effectively.
• Good command of Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, lookup functions, and data analysis features.
• Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools at a basic level.
• Understanding of how to collect, clean, and report data.
• Working knowledge of statistics and data analysis concepts.
• Basic SQL skills for extracting and working with data.
• Ability to read trends and turn data into practical recommendations.
