You will join a creative, detail-focused environment where the main challenge is to turn complex B2B subject matter into clear, engaging visuals. The work spans reports, ebooks, social media creatives, research documents, whitepapers, print magazines, and other content-rich materials. In this remote-first setup, you will work closely with writers, editors, marketers, and strategists to make sure the design strengthens the message rather than distracting from it. The position calls for someone who can work independently, handle several projects at once, and deliver polished results on schedule while adapting to varied client brand systems.
Key accountabilities
- Create high-quality reports, ebooks, whitepapers, and research publications that stay aligned with both internal standards and client brand guidelines.
- Turn data, frameworks, and research findings into visually clear stories, diagrams, and infographics.
- Develop custom visual structures and diagrams from rough concepts through to final production-ready assets.
- Support or lead magazine layout work in partnership with editorial teams, with attention to storytelling and page composition.
- Produce consistent digital and social content tailored for multiple client channels.
- Juggle several active assignments at the same time while protecting both quality and delivery timelines.
- Work alongside writers, editors, marketers, and other team members to ensure the visuals reinforce the broader strategic message.
Requirements
- Demonstrated background as a graphic designer with a broad portfolio covering both print and digital work.
- Hands-on ability with Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, as well as Figma.
- Strong visual communication skills and the ability to make complex or technical information easy to understand.
- Excellent precision and the capacity to refine ideas into finished, production-ready design work.
- Comfort managing competing deadlines and prioritizing effectively in a fast-moving remote setting.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills, with a willingness to iterate based on feedback.
- Independent working style with clear ownership from concept development through final delivery.
- Collaborative, positive approach and the ability to contribute well across cross-functional teams.
