Role Overview
As a Graphic Designer, Content Creator, you will connect eXp’s brand standards with fast-moving digital content. This position sits in Marketing and Communications and requires independence, quick delivery, and a strong eye for visual storytelling. The role combines template system building in Canva with detailed brand execution in Adobe tools.
Key Work Areas
- Create engaging social media graphics for channels such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and new or emerging platforms.
- Develop and update a structured set of Canva templates that can be reused for recurring social content.
- Respond quickly to time-sensitive content needs for major campaigns, large events, and urgent company announcements.
- Build, organize, and maintain both internal and public-facing Canva templates for large groups of agents and staff.
- Produce high volumes of formatted assets by accurately placing content and data into template systems.
- Keep master templates protected, brand-compliant, and easy for non-designers to use.
- Design graphics for email marketing, including custom modules and banners for HubSpot campaigns.
- Adapt visual assets for multiple formats such as web banners, event graphics, and digital signage while staying within brand rules.
- Prepare executive-level materials such as presentations, one-pagers, and internal communications with a polished corporate finish.
- Apply brand standards carefully to leadership-facing outputs, with strong attention to layout accuracy and typo-free delivery.
- Work with the Communications team on visuals for announcements, reports, and other high-priority initiatives.
- Partner with Senior Designers to help improve creative output without drifting from brand direction.
Candidate Profile
The company is looking for someone with professional experience in content creation, social media design, or an in-house corporate creative environment. A bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, or a related subject is preferred, though equivalent hands-on experience and a strong portfolio may also qualify.
