Role Overview
The Guest Experience Expert role is focused on shaping a smooth, welcoming, and memorable stay for hotel guests. Rather than simply handling check-in and check-out, the position is responsible for anticipating guest needs, supporting day-to-day operations, resolving requests, and helping guests make the most of their time at the property and in the local area.
This is a full-time, non-management position based in Doha, Qatar, and it is not a remote role.
What You Will Do
- Support guests throughout their stay by handling a broad mix of service and operational tasks.
- Manage arrival and departure processes while making each interaction feel personal and seamless.
- Respond to guest needs, special requests, and on-the-spot operational issues.
- Prepare reports and assist with routine front-of-house and guest service duties.
- Share useful local information and highlights to improve the guest experience.
- Take initiative to move around the workspace and complete tasks as needed without waiting to be directed.
Work Expectations
- Maintain a safe and professional work environment at all times.
- Follow company procedures, policies, and confidentiality requirements.
- Protect company property and uphold quality standards consistently.
- Present a neat appearance and communicate in a professional manner.
- Be prepared for active, hands-on work involving standing, sitting, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing items up to 10 pounds without assistance.
- Perform other reasonable duties as assigned.
Preferred Background
The ideal candidate should have a high school diploma or GED equivalent. No previous work experience is required, and no supervisory background is needed. No license or certification is necessary.
