Job Overview

The Hire Controller is a crucial frontline role within the depot, focusing on sales and customer service. This position involves managing the entire hiring process, from initial order placement through to delivery and collection. Success hinges on building strong relationships and coordinating effectively with all depot departments to ensure customer requirements are met promptly and satisfactorily.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

This is primarily a desk-based role where you will collaborate closely with other departments. You will maintain regular communication with stock teams, drivers, and engineers to minimize delays and ensure equipment availability, thereby meeting customer needs efficiently.
