Iceland Foods is seeking a Home Delivery Driver in Grimsby, England. This is an active, customer-facing driving role for someone who enjoys working independently and staying engaged throughout the day.

The position pays an hourly rate of £13.71.

What the role involves

You will deliver groceries directly to customers and represent the brand at the doorstep. The role combines driving, safe vehicle handling, customer interaction, and occasional support in store.

Key duties

• Load the van safely and follow correct manual handling practices, including when lifting heavy items.
• Drive with care and follow all safe driving standards.
• Carry out routine van checks before and during use.
• Make sure customer orders reach them in good condition.
• Deliver a high standard of customer service at every drop.
• Assist the store team when needed.
• Work on your own initiative and manage time effectively.
• Be available for varied shifts, with working hours that may fall between 6:00am and 11:00pm.

What you need

Applicants should hold a full driving licence that has been valid for at least 3 years and must have no more than 6 penalty points. The ideal candidate will be positive, approachable, reliable, deadline-aware, and confident in maintaining strong road safety awareness.
