Housekeeper (Full Time)

Responsibilities

• Carry out everyday housekeeping duties, including cleaning resident rooms, bathrooms, shared spaces, and offices.
• Follow approved cleaning and sanitation methods while meeting safety expectations.
• Keep cleaning activity records and alert a supervisor to any maintenance or safety concerns.
• Apply infection prevention practices and universal precautions to maintain a healthy environment.
• Provide courteous, professional interactions with residents, staff members, and visitors.
• Take on other assigned duties as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or an equivalent credential.
• Prior housekeeping experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude and communicate effectively with occupants, administrators, and HCSG leaders.
• Must comply with COVID-19 vaccination requirements.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and push or pull up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to stand, sit, bend, and walk for long periods.
• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks throughout the day.
• Must be able to work around cleaning chemicals and supplies.
• Ability to follow spoken and written directions consistently.
• Residence within the service area is required.
