Role Overview
A full-time opportunity is open for an HR Assistant to join the team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. The role supports the day-to-day work of the human resources function and contributes to smooth employee administration.
Key Duties
- Assist with routine HR operations and daily administrative tasks.
- Maintain employee files and keep personal data and records up to date.
- Support recruitment and hiring activities as needed.
- Track attendance, departures, and leave records.
- Prepare official letters and internal administrative forms.
- Follow up on related government procedures and online platforms connected to HR work.
Required Qualifications
- A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Good command of Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong organizational and communication abilities.
- Previous experience in human resources is preferred.
