About the Team

The HR function plays a key role in strengthening the organization’s talent capabilities. The team is focused on people, culture, and events, with a strong commitment to delivering an excellent employee experience. In this position, you will partner closely with the Corporate IT team on engagement-related initiatives.
Role Overview
As an HR Associate, you will support employee engagement, internal communications, learning coordination, and HR operations. The role combines event execution, content support, stakeholder coordination, and administrative assistance in a fast-moving environment.
Responsibilities
- Design, organize, and deliver internal engagement programs and events from initial idea through final execution.
- Work with internal stakeholders and outside vendors to create meaningful and memorable employee experiences.
- Track, assess, and improve the impact of engagement initiatives to strengthen future activities.
- Create and refine internal communication materials such as newsletters, intranet posts, and corporate updates.
- Keep a regular pulse on employee engagement by gathering feedback and checking in with staff.
- Support learning programs by arranging training logistics, maintaining learning documentation, and assisting with development activities.
- Provide help with HR administration and cross-functional projects to keep operations running smoothly.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or a related background with equivalent experience.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in HR, event coordination, or internal communications.
- A proactive, energetic, and service-minded approach with a real interest in people and workplace culture.
- Comfort working independently and alongside cross-functional teams in a busy, changing environment.
- Strong planning, organization, and project coordination abilities.
- Careful attention to detail and a practical, hands-on working style.
