Role overview

A leading luxury fashion client is hiring an HRBP/Generalist to step in for maternity leave coverage. The assignment runs from now until January 2027.

What the role covers

You will handle a broad mix of human resources work across the business, including employee relations, support during organizational changes, policy and procedure management, and recruitment for both retail stores and head office teams.

The scope includes support for a workforce of more than 100 employees across the United States and Canada.

Experience needed

The client is looking for someone with prior HRBP experience in retail, ideally gained within a luxury fashion environment. A minimum of 5 years of experience is required.

This is a temporary onsite engagement based in the New York City Metropolitan Area.
