About the internship

This HR internship offers practical exposure at Infralyon Technology Private Limited, a tech company focused on AI-driven data extraction and web automation solutions. The role is designed for someone eager to build a foundation in human resources while working closely with recruitment, onboarding, employee development, and employer branding initiatives.

What you will do

• Support hiring and onboarding activities, including sharing job openings and coordinating interview schedules.
• Help plan and roll out employee training initiatives.
• Use AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude to improve internal communication and team coordination.
• Communicate clearly with candidates and colleagues in spoken English.
• Work with MS Excel to organize data, analyze information, and prepare reports.
• Contribute to SEO-related employer branding efforts.
• Assist in branding activities that help attract strong talent and strengthen workplace culture.

Who can apply

This opportunity is open only to candidates who can work full time from the office, are able to begin between 1 July 2026 and 5 August 2026, can commit to a 3-month internship, and have relevant interests and skills. Freshers who are looking for jobs may also apply.

Stipend

The internship pays between INR 15,000 and 20,000 per month.

Additional information

If the internship converts into a permanent role, the expected annual salary is INR 360,000 to 480,000.
