About the Role
This position sits within PCI Pharma Services and focuses on turning HR plans into practical actions that support business priorities. The role partners with global centres of excellence and other HR leaders to strengthen talent processes, employee relations, compliance, and organisational development. A key part of the job is working closely with operations leadership to make sure people practices support productivity, operational goals, and a healthy workplace culture.
What You Will Do
- Translate HR strategy into day-to-day support that aligns with business targets, operational needs, and performance outcomes.
- Work with site leadership to improve engagement, increase productivity, and back organisational development efforts.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, and HR Operations on the full talent lifecycle, including hiring, growth, internal movement, and workforce planning.
- Advise on employee relations matters, help resolve workplace issues, and support compliance with employment legislation.
- Help build a high-performing and inclusive culture by supporting engagement, equity, inclusion, and wellbeing initiatives with Global Benefits.
- Ensure HR practices follow applicable laws and regulatory requirements across relevant jurisdictions, while encouraging ethical conduct.
- Support HR aspects of organisational change such as restructures, new site launches, and shifts in business direction.
- Assist HR teams with development, collaboration, and performance improvement to encourage continuous growth and accountability.
- Monitor HR measures such as retention, turnover, and employee satisfaction, and use those insights to inform workforce planning and decision-making.
- Provide leadership with HR guidance and recommendations that help drive operational excellence and business performance.
- Contribute to ESG initiatives by supporting HR activities linked to sustainability, social responsibility, training, and reporting.
What We Are Looking For
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a similar discipline, or at least 5 years of progressive HR experience in life sciences, manufacturing, or an industrial environment.
- Solid knowledge of manufacturing operations and the realities of managing an hourly workforce.
- Demonstrated background in talent management, employee relations, and organisational development.
- Comfort working with leaders and contributing to HR-related decisions.
- Experience supporting change, HR projects, and organisational design work.
- Hands-on ability with HR platforms such as Workday and with workforce analytics.
Working Conditions
- This role requires regular on-site attendance.
- Some travel may be needed for multi-site support or leadership meetings.
- The position requires flexibility to meet business needs across time zones and shift patterns.
