Role overview
This is a fixed-term influencer management position for 9 months, based in a hybrid London setup with Tuesday and Thursday attendance at the Aldgate East office. The compensation is £30,000 to £35,000 per year. The role centres on nurturing exclusively signed talent, handling their commercial partnerships, and supporting the growth of new long-term brand relationships. You will also help manage other important client accounts, including a global luxury travel brand.
The ideal person will be confident, detail-oriented, commercially minded, and comfortable moving quickly in a busy agency environment. A strong interest in social media, especially TikTok and Instagram, is important, along with the ability to balance creative thinking with sales, operations, and relationship management.
Core duties
- Lead and support influencer campaigns as needed, taking ownership of daily execution and ensuring work stays aligned with company and client expectations.
- Manage projects end to end, keeping timelines, budgets, and deliverables under control.
- Act as a key contact for talent and clients across brand partnerships, working alongside the Head of Talent.
- Build strong working relationships with exclusively managed creators and advise them on platform strategy, content direction, and growth opportunities.
- Check in regularly with talent about goals, concerns, and any changes in personal circumstances so support can be tailored appropriately.
- Give ongoing and annual feedback on sales performance, channel growth, content output, and new business activity.
- Negotiate fees and terms, review contracts, and work to secure commercially strong outcomes for talent while increasing enquiry volume and larger campaign opportunities.
- Maintain positive relationships with agency and brand clients, respond promptly to communications, and help ensure content is delivered to a high standard and within deadlines.
- Identify and approach new creators with commercial potential by reviewing key social metrics and judging business viability.
- Work with the Head of Talent to reach out to brands and agencies, build new relationships, and encourage repeat partnerships.
- Contribute creative ideas for content, concepts, and influencer briefs so creators can deliver effective work for clients.
- Act as a brand guardian by quality-checking content, copy, captions, calls to action, communications, and workflows for accuracy and consistency.
- Own and manage content calendars for client and influencer accounts where required.
- Support business development by helping shape social proposals, talent and partner briefings, and new business pitch presentations.
- Maintain organised administration by tracking enquiries, deals, contracts, and finance information in the relevant systems.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, support wider influencer-related tasks, and help improve team processes and ways of working.
- Use social trends to spot new business opportunities and think of better methods, frameworks, and workflows for the team.
- Apply numeracy skills and work confidently with Google Sheets.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of agency experience in talent management, including handling a talent roster and working with clients.
- Strong understanding of influencer marketing campaigns, strategy, management, production, and current trends.
- Ability to stay composed and communicate clearly when under pressure.
- Willingness to travel for shoots when required.
Benefits
- Wellness programme.
- Birthday and anniversary gifts.
- 36 days off in total, including bank holidays.
- Pension planning support.
- Hybrid working arrangement, with office attendance on Tuesdays and Thursdays at Aldgate East.
Additional information
This is a fixed-term contract lasting 9 months. The employer is seeking someone who can begin as soon as possible. The application form requests a first name, surname, email address, covering letter, notice period, salary expectation, LinkedIn profile, CV upload, and an optional additional upload such as a portfolio. There is also a message saying that a file upload failed because the maximum file size is 10 MB. Applicants are asked to agree to the privacy policy when submitting materials. A separate option is mentioned for people who have a brief to discuss instead.
Working style and environment
The role requires a fast-paced, highly organised approach and a mix of strategic thinking, creativity, client service, and operational discipline. It suits someone who enjoys social media, commercial negotiations, creator relationships, and a collaborative agency setting.
